Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the SADULUXURY-WHOLESALE platform operated by SADULUXURY PERFUMES ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or placing a wholesale order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to all wholesale customers, regardless of geographic location.

1. Wholesale Eligibility

To place wholesale orders, you must be a registered business or retailer. We reserve the right to request business verification, including but not limited to:

• Resale certificate or tax exemption form

• Business license or EIN

• Proof of store or online presence

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our sole discretion.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Order confirmation and shipping details will be sent via email.

Orders are shipped from Miami, Florida using UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are wholesale prices and are subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless special arrangements are made in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. A flat $25 fee is charged at checkout. If actual shipping costs exceed this amount, we will contact you before fulfillment.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Loss or theft after confirmed delivery

• Delivery errors due to incorrect address submission

If you require shipping insurance, it must be requested before your order is fulfilled.

5. Return & Refund Policy

All wholesale sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for wholesale items, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

6. Damages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box

• Description of the issue

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. SADULUXURY is not responsible for damage caused during shipping, but we will guide you through the claims process.

7. In-Store Pickup

Wholesale orders are eligible for in-store pickup at our Miami location. You will be notified once your order is ready.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account for policy violations, abusive behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity without prior notice.

SADULUXURY PERFUMES shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

10. Governing Law
