Wholesale terms

Order processing & shipping

All wholesale orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Miami, Florida with a tracking number. Carriers: UPS, USPS and FedEx. Florida orders typically arrive in 1–2 business days; the rest of the US in 2–8 business days.

Once a package is confirmed as delivered to the checkout address, SADULUXURY Wholesale is not liable for lost or stolen items. For delays in transit, contact the carrier directly.

Shipping fees for bulk orders

A flat rate of $25 is charged at checkout. Large-volume orders are quoted individually by weight, size and destination; if the final cost exceeds the flat rate we will contact you before shipping.

Returns & refunds

All wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on wholesale items.

Lost, unclaimed or returned packages

SADULUXURY Wholesale is not responsible for packages lost, rejected, unclaimed or returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, unless the error was ours. For shipping insurance, contact us before the order ships.

Damage in transit

If an order arrives damaged, notify us right away with photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping box. We will help you file the claim with the carrier.
